I have been a practicing Make-up Artist for over 9 years, and a Featured Artist for Prescriptives Cosmetics, an Estee Lauder company, for over five. My passion for cosmetic artistry began at a very young age, and fortunately for my sisters, my appointment book was always filled with family make-over commitments.
As I grew older, I began to recognize the intimate relationship between the way a woman looks and the way a woman feels. I loved the renewed sense of self confidence that make-over sessions with my sisters inspired, and I loved knowing that my encouragement sparked their enhanced self-realization. I realized then that I wanted to become a permanent part of this inner empowerment. What started as a constructive past-time with my sisters, progressed into a passion that drives me to this day.
When a woman comes to me for a consultation, I can almost immediately identify beauty in the features she may often overlook. With the right colors and techniques, each feature transforms and begins to fulfill its full potential. There is nothing more satisfying than watching a client embrace the beauty of her aesthetic individuality. What was formerly considered a flaw, is now an admirable asset.
I take great pleasure in uncovering a woman's full beauty potential; whether it is updating a look they've worn for years, helping them past a difficult time in their lives, or giving them back the beauty that they have let slip away as they tend to everyone else in their lives.
I consider myself very fortunate to be able to do what I love, and look forward to applying the experiences I have accrued to the needs of my clients on their special days.
